    Picks a language, signs in with his phone number, and adds his milk types, rates and UPI ID.

    Families join

    They open his invite link or QR, or find him nearby and send a request. He approves.

    He opens Today. Everyone shows as delivered, and he taps the exceptions.

    A family skips before the deadline, and that stop drops off his route.
